    Typically, when this happens it’s due to theme styling. Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at your setup?

    Hi Rob,

    I’ve had a look at your website and I can’t seem to find any usage of our page builder, SiteOrigin Page Builder. It appears as though you’re actually using Elementor instead of our plugin.

    Ugh. Sorry. I deactivated the plugin because it wasn't working. It is now activated (Elementor has been deactivated) and I used your plugin on this page to give you an example:

    Hi Rob,

    Thanks. It looks like your theme isn’t able to support flex. Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Layout tab. Set Use Legacy Layout to Always and then save. How does that look?
