    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jenstarr,

That’s quite odd. Does this only happen in the WordPress admin area, or does it also affect the frontend? Regardless, I’m guessing this would be plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related. As odd as it may sound themes can still greatly affect things in your WordPress admin.

We are having the exact same issue. The height of the rows in the Page Builder mode is huge.

Activating and deactivating the plugins did not resolve it.

Please advise if there is a resolution for this?

    Thank you

      Hi,

I would recommend giving trying what worked for jenstarr (changing theme – ideally to a default theme). If that doesn’t resolve your issue; can you please start a new thread with your question? We can only offer you the best support possible when you’re the owner of a thread.

I feel like it was a theme compatibility issue. We were using Corpo which is a theme that’s way out of support (this was an older site we were trying to update). We updated to Blankslate theme and rebuilt the site and it fixed itself.
