Hi
I’ve just noticed that some of my Rows don’t ofer a Themes option. I used this to set bottom border colour independently of top border colour. Why has this disappeared and why do some of my rows have it whereas others don’t?
Thank
p.s. I paid for a Vantage Premium license just over a year ago believing that I would get life time support – have you changed this to an annual license?
Hi Simon,
We’ve streamlined those settings to allow for newer functionality to be present. As a result of these changes, certain older posts will still retain the older version of the row settings if they made use of the settings now removed. All other posts will see the newer version of the row settings.
I would recommend using CSS to set the border-color independently. To do this, open the row styles Settings group and add the following CSS:
If you would rather gain access to the old legacy theme options for all posts, you’ll need to install this legacy plugin. Once installed please open up a post / page that has the new row layout. Open the Screen Options and enable custom fields.
Scholl down to the custom fields box and delete the vantage_panels_no_legacy field.
Save. Due to the plugin, you’ll only have to do this once and only for posts that didn’t have the legacy row settings.
As mentioned in the other thread, no – you still have access to premium support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on your Dashboard. Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.
