Page Builder reverting to editor on page update

Hello, I am using page builder to create my front page (some images and woocommerce featured products). After the last page builder update I went to edit the front page and it was unexpectedly reverted to default wp editor. I then rebuilt the whole page and when I saved it reverted back to default editor. After a bit of investigating I found out that the woocommerce shortcode for featured products was causing this issue. When I saved the page without the shortcode the page stayed in page builder editor. After further testing I found out that only shortcodes for products are breaking page builder editor (woocommerce categories, brands.. don’t break). I am pretty sure this started happening after the last update, does anyone else have this issue? Thanks for help in advance!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Dibikibi,

Just to confirm; you’ve run a full plugin conflict test correct? If not, here’s the instructions for doing one.

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
