Installer Page Builder Question
Is it possible with Page Builder to make a blog layout where I have the featured image on the left and the post content, or excerpt content on the right, just one column going down the page? If so, would I be able to add an infinite scroll plugin so the page keeps scrolling?

Everything minus the infitie scroll is possible. The infinite scrolling functionality is.. well, it’s tricky. In theory Page Builder has a widget, called Post Loop, that should be able to support something like that however we’re not aware of a plugin that works with it at this time.
I’m not suggesting there isn’t one nor that extensive tests have been run to find one. Just don’t count on that part working.
