I have been trying for hours to get a prebuilt page to load. When I click a prebuilt theme, it highlights, when I click insert I don’t get the green checkmark. It just shows a spinning white circle and says it’s loading prebuilt pages. I deactivated plugins 1 by 1, cleaned my cache, trying to solve the problem in more than one browser was a dead end. It was fine yesterday, until I did the WordPress upgrade. Now I have issues with the Hero Widget. Conflicts with WP Edit Pro. Sometimes the Visual editor will not work, just give me a blank white page. I am using Virtue Prem Theme

The layout import issue was fixed in the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder. Have you updated to the latest version, and if so, is this issue fixed for you?
Regarding the second issue, this sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
