Page builder prebuilt layout not working

Hi,

I am using site origin page builder version 2.33.5 which has stopped showing prebuilt layout template that we use to have in free version but now it is blank I don’t see any template on prebuilt layout.

Can you please help me with this issue ?

I have one more question regarding the premium subscriptions, do you have any plan for one time payment for multisite installation.
It’s for state agency so we can do one time payment but we need for multisite.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer a one time payment for SO Premium.
When the issue occurs, please, try opening your browser’s cosnole. Is the request perhaps being blocked? You might see a 301 error in red if that’s the case.
