After updating your plugin and the Genesis them, my Genesis Feature Post Home page widgets are no longer working correctly with Page Builder posts. The full posts are showing, even though the widgets has it set to limit the word count.

Try navigating to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and then open the General Tab. Disable the Sidebar Emulator. Does that resolve the issue you’re having?
