Hi, I Work Here

Hi David,

I’m not able to replicate this issue. Could you please provide more information about what the conflict is? Also, could you please run a full conflict test?

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

I’m having (probably?) the same issue on the /events/ page.

WordPress 4.5.2
Page Builder 2.4.8
The Events Calender 4.1.4

Right now, only The Events Calender is activated and there is no issue.
When I activate Page Builder, the issue arises on page /events/

Here is an image with the error message:

WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘wp_postmeta.meta_value’ in ‘field list’]
SELECT DISTINCT wp_posts.*, MIN(wp_postmeta.meta_value) as EventStartDate, MIN(tribe_event_end_date.meta_value) as EventEndDate FROM wp_posts LEFT JOIN wp_postmeta as tribe_event_end_date ON ( wp_posts.ID = tribe_event_end_date.post_id AND tribe_event_end_date.meta_key = ‘_EventEndDate’ ) WHERE 1=1 AND wp_posts.post_type = ‘tribe_events’ AND (wp_posts.post_status = ‘publish’ OR wp_posts.post_status = ‘private’) ORDER BY EventStartDate DESC, wp_posts.post_date DESC LIMIT 0, 1

Somewhere on the internet I read that this isn’t the case with version 2.4.6 of Page Builder, but I lost the link…

Hi, I Work Here

Hi David,

I’m not too sure how that issue could be caused by SiteOrigin Page Builder. Regardless, I’m unable to replicate this issue locally so I need slightly more information – are there any special settings you changed or anything like that? Just to confirm: Did you run the full plugin conflict test above? This includes temporarily changing your theme to ensure it’s also not a theme conflict.

//change /inc/sidebars-emulator.php line 9
add_action( 'init', array( $this, 'register_widgets' ), 15 );
// back to
add_action( 'widgets_init', array( $this, 'register_widgets' ), 99 );

Then everything fine!

You are welcome

Hi 圈爷,

Thank you for the suggestion. We’ll look into it to see if this manages to resolve the issue for people.
