Page builder only shows text for editor

Hi,

We’ve got a problem with the “SiteOrigin Editor” widget.

For the admin account there is no problem at all. We can simply choose between “visual” or “text” editors.
But for the editor account there is no such possibillity. We’ve searched in the settings but couldn’t find a solution. Than we found a jquery bug for the editor account within the SiteOrigin Editor:
“Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘translate’ of undefined” –> editor.min.js?ver=4.8.1:1

All plugins, themes and WordPress are up to date. We’ve also tried switching off all plugins and switch themes but the jquery error didn’t go away.

Hope you guys know a solution for us and can help us out!

    Hi Jos,

    Is the Visual Editor disabled? You can check this by logging the editor account, and navigating to WP AdminUserYour Profile and ensure Visual Editor is unticked.
