Page Builder on GoDaddy WP site, Page Builder Tab not showing.

Been on the phone with GoDaddy already they say it’s your plugin (go figure). WP Version at GoDaddy 4.7.2, No idea what linux build GoDaddy host with.

I use the latest version of Page Builder on my windows 2012r2 IIS server without issue. Been using it for a couple years. Works great I really like it. But…

My client bought a GoDaddy deluxe WP hosting package. Of course Godaddy embeds all their crap into WP like Beaver Builder (a page builder plugin that really does not work to my liking) I deactivated Beaver Builder and then installed Page Builder but the Page Builder tab does not show when creating a new page. I have deactivated Page Builder and reactivated it. Still No tab to switch over to. I have deactivated Page Builder, deleted the plugin folder, reinstalled and activated the Page Builder plugin and still no tab.

GoDaddy support says Page builder is not even loading. I switch back to a standard GoDaddy theme Deactivated all other plugins and still no tab.

Any thoughts, suggestion, Ideas? (besides moving away from GoDaddy, which may be the best answer)
