Page Builder on custom theme

I made a custom theme from scratch. But page Builder does not want to work… There´s any css rule, or function rule, or HTML rule to work properly?

Hi Drix,
Could you elaborate on what you mean by not working? Is nothing outputting? Is it not displaying correctly (structure wise)? To clarify, did you make use of wp_head() and wp_footer()?
