Page Builder old version download?

For a second I thought the 2.01 update was fantastic, but now I realize it’s not possible to go back and edit pages after they are published. Editor defaults back to “text” editor, not Page Builder. When I then click on the Page Builder tab of the editor, it asks me if I want to import the text and then presents me with a single row with all the text/code in a textbox. NooooooOO!

I’m in the process of updating a clients website and this is now impossible.
Is there a download link for older Page Builder so I can edit without destroying the pages?

My bad. I should have gone through my installed plug-ins more thouroughly.

    It’s an incompatibility with a Google Fonts plug-in (https://wordpress.org/plugins/free-google-fonts/)
I blame the GF plug-in as they recently bloated the plug-in with extra non related stuff.

Page Builder 2.x is fantastic. The live editing is so good.
Now I just need to find a better way of having Google Fonts available in the editor. :)

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi kjellvis

Thanks for the additional feedback and for checking your plugin compatibility. Are you still using Vantage? If so, were you missing Google fonts in the Vantage Customizer? If so I could help with some Custom CSS.

Hi Andrew, I seem to have the same problem as kjellvis, but do not seem to have Google Fonts as a plugin.

The theme I am using is Custom Community by Themecraft. The editing page defaults to the text view and everything is messed up when I click on the page builder link.

      Hi, I Work Here

      Hi Igshaan

Sorry to hear about the hassle. Ensure you’re running Page Builder 2.0.1.
Next de-activate all other plugins and re-test. If the issue resolves then there is a plugin conflict.
If de-activating all other plugins doesn’t help, switch to a default theme like Twenty Thirteen, also with all other plugins de-activated. If that resolves the problem you’ll know there is an issue with the theme.

Please open a new support thread to chat further: Page: New Thread. We’ll be with you ASAP.

      Thanks.

No need to assist me further. The “Google fonts” I was talking about is a separate plug-in that was causing problems all on it’s own, nothing to do with SiteOrigin stuff. I shouldn’t even have posted this before checking all the other plug-ins.
Pagebuilder and Vantage Premium is working 100% for me.
