Page Builder not working with Vantage???

I am not able to see anything in Page Builder by SiteOrigin 2.2. I am using the “Vantage” Theme. It seems as though since my upgrades (all plugins and WordPress) the page builder feature may no longer be friendly with WordPress 4.3.1 or the Vantage theme because none of the items (rows or widgets) appears on my site after I save the changes. I do have the “Customize Home Page” Option selected “On” but none of this data appears on my webpage. Everything placed in page builder (under “Appearance” and “Home Page” is non existent on my site. Any thoughts? I have also deactivated and reactivated each individual plugin to test if any were causing a problem but none seem to make any difference. ..?

    Could you please, check this out again. The most important part of the plugin conflict test is as follows. De-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins at once. Is the problem fixed? If the problem is fixed then you know a plugin is to blame, slowly re-activate your plugins, doing a test of the problem after each activation.

    So to confirm, the important bit here is not turning plugins on and off but seeing if the issue is resolved with all non-SiteOrigin plugins de-activated. If it is then you know you’re dealing with a plugin conflict.

    Ahhhh! found it! =) The plugin that was not playing nice is “Shortcodes Pro V1.1.5 by Matt Varone”.. Ugh, I cant believe that caused so many days of headaches.. Goodbye shortcodes! Thank you sooo much for the advice and for taking the time to read and reply to my help request. This is greatly appreciated! So many thanks.
