Page Builder not working with update

I recently updated WordPress to 5.3.2 and now Page Builder is not working. I have read through other posts and attempted to temporarily deactivate all non-SiteOrigin plug-ins but nothing changed. When I deactivated the SiteOrigin Page Builder as well as the Widget Bundle, I was able to publish my edited content to my website but it is not formatted. I reactivated the Widget Bundle and nothing changed (still not formatted with the correct new content). When I reactivated Page Builder the formatting was correct but did not reflect any new changes that were made to my content.

When I had all plugins deactivated, I cleared my cache before reactivating.

The Live Editor also brings me back to the classic editor, it does not allow me to live edit on the website.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

Please, extend the plugin conflict test as follows; temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin and at the same time, temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen. Does the issue persist in this state? Please, let us know how this test goes and include a link to your website in your reply. Thanks again.

Thank you for your suggestion. I deactivated everything that was not SiteOrigin and changed the theme to Twenty Nineteen but the problem still persists.

The About page is the specific one I have made changes too

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the update. Have you perhaps considered services used up-stream of your hosting server? It looks like you might be using a CDN, have you tried logging in and clearing the CDN’s cache?

I am using a CDN. I deactivated all of my plugins and flushed the cache using Managed WordPress option in the menu at the top of the screen. Then I reactivated my SiteOrigin plugins but it did not change anything.

Is there a different way to clear CDN cache specifically?

    Hi, I Work Here

Please, try the same steps but leave SiteOrigin plugins activated when clearing the CDN’s cache.

Which CDN is being used? We’ll try to investigate from there. Thanks :)

    Hi, I Work Here

Please, could you head over to SettingsGeneral, are you sure your WordPress domain is correct? It looks like your domain is set to http://secureservercdn.net/166.62.112.150/3ef.18d.myftpupload.com/. Did you make changes to your domain yourself or was it done by someone else? Is there a reason files are being loaded from http://secureservercdn.net/166.62.112.150/3ef.18d.myftpupload.com/? Thanks.

    Hi Andrew,
I left SiteOrigin plugins activated and cleared my cache but it still didn’t change anything. I went to my hosting dashboard and disconnected the CDN but it did not impact the SiteOrigin Page Builder. The CDN was a new feature offered in my Production Site on my hosting dashboard through Managed WordPress so I activated it when I made updates to my website. It is currently deactivated now though.

I believe it is set to myftpupload.com because when I initially created my website it was not linked to a domain. On my hosting dashboard it says that http://www.feelgoodrd.com is my primary domain. In Settings –> General, http://www.feelgoodrd.com is my listed as my WordPress Address and Site Address. This change was made with the help of my GoDaddy support person several years ago but has not impacted my website.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Thanks for the update.

Try deactivating Page Builder, deleting the plugin and reinstalling it. No data will be lost but if you have a method of taking site backups, that’s always recommended.

If there is no change from the above step, please, try reaching out to hosting support, ask support to check the browser console on the home page of your site, ask them if they’re aware of any hosting level problems that might be causing the errors present. https://imgur.com/a/LGLJV7q

    Hi Andrew,

It looks like deleting the plugin and reactivating it worked! I was able to reactivate all of the other plugins and reactivate my CDN and everything is working as it should.

Thank you for your help and offering all of your suggestions. Have a great holiday!
