I moved a site from one server to another. The site itself works great, but when I go to the dashboard to edit any of the pages, the edit window no longer shows the Page Builder. Just a bunch of strange looking code and comments.
I purchased it through Theme Trust and they told me to contact you. Other people on Theme Trust also said they were having the same problem.
Can you advise? Do I just need to reinstall the plug in? I didn’t want to do anything that would negatively effect the site.

What method of migration did you use to move the site?
SiteOrigin Page Builder relies on serialized data and many migration plugins ignore or mishandle serialized data. We personally recommend the excellent Duplicator plugin.
To clarify, are there any differences between the version on the other server and the one on your new server?

Thanks for the info. I had a friend transfer it for me. I will ask him how he did it and what he used.
Is the duplicator plugin used before or after the page has been moved?
