Hello there, I’ve gone through the steps outlined in this post: https://siteorigin.com/thread/pagebuilder-not-working-6/ and I still can’t get the page builder to work on my site.
The site is part of a multi-site network and the page builder IS working on the other sites (same theme and same page builder).
I’m curious why this would only happen on one of the sites and how can I resolve this issue?
Thanks for any help
Hi Steve,
If Page Builder is working on your other sites with similar setups, chances are there’s something specific about that one site causing you issues. What that specific thing is, however, I don’t know.
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

Hi there, thanks for the reply. The funny thing, the problem disappeared for a few days, but now it’s back. All of the page builder widgets are missing when we try to edit a site.
I’ve just added the [email protected] email as an Admin user. Please let me know if you don’t get the email.
Thanks for your help with this

Hi Steve,
I’ve run a few tests and I can’t seem to replicate this issue. I can, however, state that it did take quite some time for each page load which could be the cause for this issue. Regardless, is this issue is still occurring for you?
Hi Alex, thanks getting back to me.
The issue appears to come and go. The page builder is currently working for me, when it wasn’t on Friday and other team members are still having the issue on their computer as of this morning.
I noticed on some pages the Page Builder tab needed to be clicked: https://prnt.sc/iq547d to show the widgets, so we’re checking now on those computers where the issue is occurring.
I’ll post another reply once we’re done checking across different computers. But, do you think this could be a cookie/browser issue caused by a different plugin possibly?
Hi Steve,
This could be a browser issue so if a user is affected by this issue, ask them to try replicating this issue in another browser.
he next time you’re able to replicate what happened in the screenshot, please send me the contents of your console? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console. Ideally, I would not save the page when this happens as it could result in data loss.
Hey Alex, the problem popped up again one of our other computers. We were able to screenshot the console and I “saved” the console file – not sure if that helps too.
Please see the console screenshots below:

Appreciate any help
Hi Steve,
Thanks. Unfortunately, this is a sign of a general JavaScript error – it’s basically a chain reaction that’s causing everything to fail. Due to how WordPress handles JavaScript in the admin area by default and the chain reaction nature of the error, it’s not possible to work out the source of the file (typically errors, are linked to a single instance). Please disable CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS, which will require editing wp-config.php.
Then, the next time this issue happens, please send me another screenshot of this issue. Sorry about this! :(
