Page Builder not working on Hostgator

Hi and happy new year!

I have a problem with the Page Builder plugin.
I has a wordpress website hosted on a free Hostinger account and Page Builder was working just fine.
I then decided to transfer the site on Hostgator hosting, but for whatever reason the plugin doesn’t seem to work any more.

The problem is that when I try to edit a row, the right sidebar (and sometimes even the main area) doesn’t appear at all and the “loading weheel” keeps rolling like forever.

I already tried a fresh wordpress setup (4,7 running) and I’m not using any plugins. Also the theme is the default one.

Any help?

    Hi Yg,

    Preface: This is unlikely to be directly related to Hostagator as we actually recommend Hostagator as a budget host (as in, we’ve used them a number of times without issue).

    Can you please try replicating this issue, and then could you please send me the contents of your console? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.

    Can you please clarify what plan you’re using? Also, can you please send me a link to both your test site and your main site?

    Issue solved. It was a dns problem.
