Hi,
I have deactivated other site origin and activated Page builder but its not working for multisite.
Basicaly i have 2 diffrent themes as multisite and in the first theme site its working fine but its not working(not able to see any optipon in the “pages”) for 2nd site.
Hi Swaroop
Thanks for posting. Hopefully, you’ve made some progress since creating this thread. If not, is the Pages option enabled at SettingsPage Builder for both sites?
Hi Andrew,
Thanks for the reply.
Its already activated and i am able to see the page builder option in the both the sites but in the second site even after enabling i am not able to see..
Thanks for checking. Please, try a plugin conflict test. This involves temporarily deactivating all plugins not made by SiteOrigin. Does the problem change with all other plugins deactivated at once?
Hi,
I tried…but no luck
Can you please confirm if page builder supports mulitisites?
It does yes, we’re using Page Builder in our demo sites which are operating on a multi-site install. For example: https://demo.siteorigin.com/vantage/page-builder/. We can take a look, please, find instructions below:
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:
[email protected]
Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
