Page builder not working after update to 4.7.2. (deactivating plugins doesn’t help)

Hi everyone,

I’m using the Kallyas theme from WordPress, but after WordPress has been updated to 4.7.2., page builder doesn’t work anymore (I can’t click on any button nor can I remove or add elements, etc.). I read some other posts about this kind of problem and followed al the recommended steps (clearing browser cache, deactivate plugins, …), but nothing worked. Even on other computers and with other browsers, I can’t fix it.

The weird thing about this problem, is that it only occurs to the version of the website in one language. (Thanks to the plugin WPML Multilingual CMS, my website has also a French version – which I still can edit).

Is anyone familiar with this kind of problems?

    Hi EVN,

    Have you tried changing to a different theme temporarily? If that doesn’t help, can you please clarify what version of SiteOrigin Page Builder you’re using? You can find this information at WP AdminPluginsInstalled Plugins.
