Page Builder not working

Hello, im having the same problem on a few sites with the pagebuilder, I thought on one site it transferred it from one host to another, then it happened, which i thought was odd but ok. i found a work around, i could copy the sections from the old dev site to the new site on a different host. but then that stopped working and i could only paste one section, i would copy it from the row dropdown and paste it in using the same dropdown function.

Mainly this is what im seeing instead of the page builder.
Here is a short sample of what i am seeing.

the first site is using the kadence ascend theme,
and the second is using Salient Version: 8.5.5 By ThemeNectar ( this one i had not touched for a week or so now is busted )
both are fully up to date
