Page Builder not visible but installed

Hello everybody,

I hope you can help me.
I started to build a website in the beginning of december, also with page builder. There I have no problems (ojaah.com).

At the end of december I made a sub-page (bedrijven.ojaah.com). I followed the same steps and I have installed the same plugins.
On this one the page builder is not visible.

I saw different comments on this support page.
I tried it all (deactivate, deinstall, deactivate all plugins)

If I deactivate all plugins and only activate the page builder plugin than I get a white bar with no options and tekst.

I hope that somebody can help me.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Smein,

One possibility is that Page Builder display is disabled in your screen options. Can you double check if this is the case. You should see the screen options tab at the top right of your screen.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Salomé

If possible, please, try testing with all plugins deactivated except for Page Builder. Additionally, temporarily switch your theme to Twenty Fifteen or Twenty Sixteen default theme. Does the same issue persist?

    Thank you for this option.

I’ve tried it (deactivate all plugins except page builder en use template Twenty Fifiteen), unfortunately it didn’t work.
Do you have any other suggestion?

    This is what I see:

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Smein

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
