Page Builder not visible

I wanted to make some site changes, but when I click on Page>Edit, the editor show a tab for Page Builder at the bottom of the screen, but there is no content available. I can not see my blocks or do any work. Has anyone else come across this issue and have advice on how to fix it please? I have tried switching plugins on and off but no luck there. Thanks

    Hi Natalie,

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues using the SiteOrigin Page Builder. The issue you described sounds like a plugin conflict. To confirm, did you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins during the plugin conflict test? You can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    If that doesn’t help, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
