First of all thank you for the plugin. It has been really cool until now.
I’m using WordPress 4.4.2 with Simple Bootstrap customised theme. I’m also using Black Studio TinyMCE visual editor to enter text and sometimes.
I created a website www.creas.org about 8 months ago which was working perfectly until about 4 days ago. When I go in and try to write something in either, the plugins have been updated and everything should be working ok.
My issue comes when I try and enter text to the editor, when I click on “Done” and closes the pop up, the label on the widget doesnt show the edits or the new title. When I click on update it doesnt show the edits.
I’ve tested it on Chrome, Safari and Firefox. It works ok in Chrome in my computer but it doesnt work on Safari or Firefox.
In other computers it just doesn’t work at all, I’ve tested on 3 computers now.

Thanks for the detailed explanation of the problem you’re facing. Please, could you confirm, does the same issue occur in Safari and Firefox if you use the core WordPress Text widget instead of the Visual Editor widget or is the problem only occurring in the Visual Editor widget? A final test would be to install the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle and check to see the issue is occurring in the SiteOrigin Editor widget.

Thank you very much for getting back to me. I found the solution to the issue just a few minutes ago, it was cause by “Feature a page widget” plugin, for some reason on my first go at disabling it it made no difference, then I disabled all but siteOrigin’s plugins and it worked so enabled them one by one and then I found out.
Their plugin was updated 15 minutes after that (talking about coincidence) and the whole thing went back to normal.
