    Thanks. There is most likely a JavaScript error on the page that’s breaking Page Builder.

    One option is to try and diagnose the issue directly https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. Alternatively, you can try seeking out a working baseline. Does the issue resolve if you temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin? If the issue does resolve, reactivate your plugins one by one, checking for the issue after each activation.
