Page builder not saving. Not a new issue.

this issue seems to have started over 4 years ago, according to the threads i’m reading here. page builder not saving my edits. each new edit undoes all previous edits. very fraustrating. deactivated and reactivated plugins, cleared cached. reinstall. NOTHING WORKS. Fix this. 4 years is a long time.

    I’m very sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing, but I can assure you the issue you’re facing is not the same issue posted about four years ago. There are no known issues that are the like what you’ve described so we’re not really sure on what the cause of the issue on your website is.

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
