Page Builder not saving, ever – I’ve tried everything

9 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 9 years ago

(bug report or technical?)

I have tried everything to resolve this that I’ve found suggested in previous threads for this topic.

Deactivated Plug-ins
Repaired my databases
Even invested in more disk space from my server as I thought this might be an issue.. .but NO!
etc etc

It only happens with Page builder.

I can only save changes when I deactivate of completely ignore Page Builder … which of course is not the way I want my site to look. I have grappled with this issue for weeks now and I can only edit and successfully save in editor mode.

I can add a single widget if i then opt for Page builder mode for example a button, but obviously I need to add more than just one in order to make my pages design- and user-friendly but this its the limits to userbility that I have found. Then, when i need to change the text content again I need to revert and lose my button and start again.. It is as you can imagine now taking way too much of my time just to make small changes and without a resolve I’m going nuts!! HELP!???!

    Hi Originalprojects

Sorry to hear about the hassle. Have you checked how much PHP memory is available to your WordPress installation? If not, try installing this plugin:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/server-ip-memory-usage/

And see what percentage you’re using and what is the limit is. If it’s low then you could ask your hosts to increase it to 256 if possible.
