Hello
I can’t solve the responsive element of my test site.
www.tjgdtestsite.com
The pages display perfectly on a desktop/laptop/tablet however on a mobile the site looks like a car crash.
I suspect, as some pages have a lot of text, I used a two column layout with Page Builder and a mobile can’t display the content in sequence (or scale some images ). It may be the case that I need to re do the site in one column or have a redirect to alternative, single column versions of the pages if viewed on a phone. Unsure if this is possible.
Please advise
many thanks

Hi Westfield,
The following CSS you’ve added to your website isn’t responsive and is causing the very large amounts of spacing and overlap.
I would recommend that this CSS is either removed or it’s excluding from mobile devices.
Thanks Alex
Looks to me like an ecommence addition in Sydney Pro – I’d love to delete is but I can’t find it..!

Hi T,
Based on the markup, the CSS is from a plugin called CSS Hero.
Thanks Alex
I’ve now disabled CSS Hero – text fields no longer overlapping
so better than before..! But content not scaling down for mobile.

Hi Westfield,
I’d like to help you with this issue but unfortunately, this is beyond the scope of the support we’re able to offer on our free forums. There is a fair amount of custom work involved.
We do offer this level of support to our premium users, so if you’d like to upgrade to SiteOrigin Premium, then I can help you over email support.
If you’d prefer not to upgrade to SiteOrigin Premium, then you can hire a WordPress developer from Codeable. They’ll charge you an hourly rate for any work done.
Hi Alex
responsiveness issues mainly solved now by using the ‘Front Page’ template in Sydney Pro
Thanks
