Page builder not responsive

Hello,
i usually use page builder on my website. The problem is that is not responsive.
It changes the dimensions of font or the writtens disappears.
How can i do? I have a free version.
Can i solve this problem with a premium version?

    Hi Chiara,

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

    Is Page Builder set up to be responsive? You can check this by navigating to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder. Open the Layout tab and ensure Responsive Layout is ticked.
