page builder not reading short codes

hi,
we have a plugin called career portfolio that uses short code , the problem is when we post it is a page that uses text layout it works fine , but when we use the page builder and add it to a text editor widget it will not work

any idea on how to solve this ?

    Hi Kumkumji,

    To clarify, what happens when it’s in a text editor? Does it not work? Does it display incorrectly?

    I wasn’t able to use the plugin without large issues so I wasn’t able to find this out for myself. :(
