Page builder not operating when adding a new page

I am using a Site Origin Vantage Theme and installed Pagebuilder. It went well for homepage but when I try to add a new page, then select the Pagebuilder on that screen it updates without pagebuilder to add my rows and media/ widgets. I have inactivated all other plug ins, I have deactivated and then reactivated Pagebuilder but it’s still not working on new pages. Thanks for your help and suggestions.
