Page Builder not loading properly

Hi,
I have been using SiteOrigin page builder with plugins bundle.

Recently, I have faced a issue where Page Builder isn’t loading properly. I can’t see third Page Buidler Editor Tab along with ‘Visual’ and ‘Text’ tab.

I have WordPress 4.8.2 installed along with some other plugins. All plugins are updated to latest. Page Builder was working fine till yesterday and now it suddenly stopped loading. Nothing has been updated since yesterday, neither WP nor any plugin. No theme update available and was working fine with current theme till yesterday.

As per forums and help available on internet, I tried following :

1. Cleared Browser cache.
2. Repaired and Optimized database tables.
3. Reinstalled WP to latest.
4. Deactivated all plugins except pagebuilder and widget bundle. Still Page Builder not loading.

What can be the possible cause and how to resolve it ?

    Hi Mrmalkar

    If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    If that doesn’t help, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
