Page builder not loading pre-built layouts

I have the Vantage theme and I’m trying to create home page with SItebuilder but it’s not working. I can’t load pre-built layout. I have disabled all plugins to ensure it’s not a plugin conflict. It still didn’t work.

    Hi Phillip

    The only thing I can think is that something is blocking the outgoing HTTP connection from your HTTP server that’s needed to load the prebuilt layouts. Where are you hosting your site? Can you ask your web hosts if there’s anything that might be stopping these outgoing connections?

    Another possibility is that the outgoing connection on our web server is limited and the requests are timing out.
