Page builder not loading for new pages

Hi

I recently downloaded the site pack Baseline.

I can edit the pages that came with the site pack with no problem using page builder.

However, when I go to create a new page, the tab for page builder does show, but when I click it, I get a page refresh and no page builder interface. After several attempts, I get an “unknown page” white screen of death.

I have deactivated all other plugins.

I have cleared the cache.

I am using a siteorigin theme of course, so I know it is compatible.

Can you help please?

    Hi Barbara,

    Please enable WP_DEBUG by editing wp-config.php. If you’re unsure how to do tihs I would recommend getting in contact with your hosting provider for assistance.

    This will add an error message to the previously blank page so please view this page again and send me a copy of the error message.

    Thank you, my website is in development and is locally hosted. I am not sure how to edit the wp-config, but I will look at your links and try.

    Page builder is still not loading for any new page, so I hope it can be resolved soon as i need to have the new website completed asap!
