Page Builder Not Functioning Correctly

If i edit a page and then view the live page (after clicking update), the changes are not there on the live page. When i deactivate the Page Builder plug-in, the changes show on the live page. It also does not look like i am getting all of the normal editing options for the page in the edit panel. We recently had to restore our site files from a backup, though the backup was only 24 hours old, so i am not sure if something happened during that or if there has been an update to the plugin that is causing the issue?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Bamcwilliam,

Could you show me a screenshot of your edit panel so I can get an idea of what you’re seeing? Please note that we’re currently unable to process email attachments so you’ll ned to upload it to a third party image hosting site like vgy.me. or imgur.

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

Thanks for the reply. I was able to find that it was the Ultimate Member plugin causing the issue. However I also just got notice of an update for Ultimate Member today and after updating the problem was resolved.
