I am new to Word Press and Page Builder. Please forgive me if I use incorrect terminology.
I am working my way through a Tyler Moore video and his ‘Tesseract’ theme, which, makes extensive use of Page Builder.
When I select page builder from the only button/tab available to me (Tyler’s screen seems to have three buttons) I am not offered the popup menu that allows me to automatically carry the text from the editor to the, newly created, window. Thus the windows I create seem to be useless.
I was thinking this may be browser related. I use Firefox in a system that dual boots to Ubuntu Linux or Windows 8. I try to do most of my work in Ubuntu.

Hi Geoff,
Hm. Do you have any other plugins installed or anything like that? If so, consider running a plugin conflict test.
Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
