Is SiteOrigin Page Builder installed? If so, you can enable Page Builder by clicking the page builder button next to the Editor mode buttons:
You can also automatically enable Page Builder for new posts/pages by navigating to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the General tab. Tick Default To Page Builder Interface and save.
