Page Builder Issue

Hello,

Yesterday I had an issue while updating my website to the newest version of Vantage Premium… my site was broken and I had to have my hosting company do a backup restore… my site is back up now, however all of the content which I had laid out in Page Builder is no longer within page builder…

I stated my concerns to my hosting company (iPage) tech support, but they where unable to figure out why after restoring a backup from Sept 28th, that my content is no longer contained within Page Builder as it was originally…

I’m hoping to get some expert advice here at SiteOrigin as to why my restored backup has left all of my content outside of Page Builder? Thank you

    Really sorry to hear about the hassle. I’m not sure what happened. We’re a bit late to the party, ideally we need to see the issue as it happens to try figure out what went wrong. The best hope we have for moving your content back into Page Builder is to run a hosting backup. The backup that was run shouldn’t have dumped your content out of Page Builder. Could you perhaps ask your hosts if they can try run a backup again and this time, can they please confirm that the database character set being used is UTF-8.
