Page Builder is Presenting Various Problems I’ve never Encountered Before

Hi,

I’m having issues getting the hero widget to display and issues with widgets running the full width of the site.

I’m using the Bento theme and have everything updated (bento 1.6.6 and page builder 2.4.25).

The hero widgets aren’t displaying at all and the every row that I have set for full width acts as if it is on the standard setting. I have tried deactivating other plugins and have also checked other sites I manage to make sure my settings are the same as theirs. I have no idea what is causing the issues.
