Page Builder is only accessible when opening the editor the first time

6 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 6 years ago

I have just started using WordPress and your Page Builder yesterday. The buttons in the right upper corner of the editor for visual, text and the Page Builder are only accessible when opening the editor the first time. Otherwise the editor looks completely different. Here I have uploaded a screenshot for you: https://imgur.com/m8JbWYN

While the HTML-editor is available via the menu, the Page Builder is nowhere to be found. Same issue with every page. I deleted the browser cache, everything is up to date on WordPress, I deactivated all other plugins and reinstalled the Page Builder, but nothing showed any effect.

I would appreciate your help! And thanks for the great work you do!

    Hi Florian

    Thanks for reaching out.

If Page Builder data isn’t saved, the page will revert to the Block Editor. If you’d like to maintain the classic interface, go to PluginsAdd New, search for and install the Classic Editor plugin.

If you have any follow-up questions, please, let us know :)
