    Hi Socialdirector

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    I’ve deleted the old version of ThemeTrust Create 1.0.7 and installed Create 1.1.3, cleared my cache but still not seeing Pagebuilder? Disabled all plugins but the SiteOrigin ones. Nada.

    Please, can you check if you’re using Page Builder by SiteOrigin or the forked version of Page Builder with ThemeTrust changes? If you’re using the ThemeTrust version, they’d be best positioned to assist.

    Hi,
    I got the same problem after updating to 4.5.2 ; Theme: Oria.

    All widgeds are gone and all lines and nice arrangements done with Page Builder by SiteOrigin as well. Really messed up my site. And, yes, its definitely Page Builder by SiteOrigin in my case.

    Additionally, the charset changed somehow from UTF8 to something else…there seems to be a contradiction between the wp basic settings and the settings of Page Builder by SiteOrigin. Even after I deleted in the wp-config.php the charset,

    define(‚DB_CHARSET‘, ‚utf8‘);

    and filled in

    define(‚DB_CHARSET‘, “);

    some question marks in lozenges remain.

    Those signs appear quite often on my site now, I guess especially when a formatting feature I arranged with the Page Builder is somehow missing.

    Would be great If you had a solution for the problem! Cause if not, I would have to set up all posts of my site again. Thanks a lot!

    Kind regards

    Tom
