I cant see the tab for SiteOrigin plugin in editor.

try to turn off all plugins, and still dont see it.
After turn on Black Studio TinyMCE Widget cant even edit the text in normal editor

There is most likely a JavaScript error on the page preventing other plugins like Page Builder from loading.
Try extending the test, temporarily switch to the Twenty Twenty theme, and temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins. Is the Page Builder tab restored in this state?
Alternatively, when the issue occurs, you can try to diagnose the problem directly by checking the console https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis.

Perhaps try installing https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/. Does it resolve the error? If so, it’ll let you know which plugins are the issue.
If the above plugin doesn’t help, try reactivating your non-SiteOrigin plugins one by one, checking for the issue after each activation.
OR when the issue occurs, open the console https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis, take a screenshot and upload it to imgur.com or Dropbox/Drive and send us the link.

When able, you might consider contacting the authors of Responsive Lightbox plugin and Restaurant PT theme and ask if they might be able to offer an update to resolve the errors produced as a result of jQuery Migrate being removed from WordPress 5.5. When the jQuery Migrate Helper plugin is no longer producing warnings you can remove it.
