Page Builder in wordpress isn’t working

Hello

To start I’m not really a coder, just a poor frustrated musician trying to build a website for my band.

I have a theme I downloaded and the Page Builder doesn’t seem to work right. Some elements work, but when I try to edit a content block it freezes up, I can’t close the box, edit it, or save it. I can only refresh the page to get out of it. Also, oddly and text in the content box is white in color.

Thus far I have:

tried other browsers
deactivated all other plugins
tried switching to other themes
deleted and reloaded the theme
and turned on script debugging in wp-config.php where I noticed this error come up when I clicked the offendinding box:

Anyone have any advice or help?
