Hey all,
I set up a page using page builder, with a grid of images in a row using image widgets.
Previously, when I clicked “edit” on a widget it displayed the image with options to edit, scale, swap images etc.
As of a couple of weeks ago, when I click “edit” the box is totally blank with no options or image displayed.
The images are still appearing on the front end of the site. This occurs when I create a new row or empty image widget also.
I’m stumped! Any advice?

Can you please show me a screenshot of the edit box you’re referring too? We currently can’t process attachments so you’ll need to upload it to a third party image hosting site, such as Imgur or vgy.me.
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
