Page Builder has stopped showing up

I have not added any new plugins, I deleted the plugin and downloaded again and it changed from just showing text tab to the tab image shown here.

I can not edit the page using page builder.

    Hi Alex

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

    Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

    Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

    Thanks, I’m in. Although we’re listed as the author, you’re using a ThinkUp Themes fork of our Page Builder. For future support threads, please, reach out to their team. We don’t have direct control over this plugin, it’s forked from ours.

    Can you perhaps elaborate on the problem a bit? The image you’ve posted in your question is correct. The Page Builder tab only appears when you’re working in Visual/Text mode. Once you click on the Page Builder tab, all tabs are replaced by the Revert to Editor link. I’ve had a look at the first two pages listed at Pages and opened the available widgets. All seems to be functioning normally. No errors are present in my developer console when viewing or editing.
