I am using page builder to design the sections of my homepage using Blackoot Pro and I have three issues I hope you could help me with. The first is, Full Width Stretched function does not respond to images or background color in this theme. I tried some of the codes and different suggestions from this forum to get it to respond but still nothing happens. Theme support gave me some codes but it stretches everything on the page and that’s not what I was hoping for.
The second: I wish to decrease the padding between rows and actual widgets themselves to get Headlines and sub-headlines / image divider closer together. In Siteorigin settings, I changed Row Bottom Margin and Row Gutter from 30 to 0 and that seemed to close the space a little but not as much as I would like.
Finally, when I point Nav menus to specific sections of the page, the link is broken.

In response to this email I purchased a premium license to receive tech support in 3 – 6 hours as opposed to 3-4 days for free support as stipulated. Twenty one (21) hours have gone by and I haven't received a response from you. Is there a reason why?

1. This issue actually appears to be related to the widget you’re using. Can you please set up another full-width row with a simple RSS widget?
Also, would it be possible for you to send me an export for your home page? To do this open up the page with the widget and click layout in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
2. The headline divider is set to display but isn’t visible due to its settings. Please open the headline widget and open the Divider settings. Set the divider style to none and save the page.
To clarify, the HTML (ie. spacing) is still present for the divider as some user’s use the divider to add custom CSS.
3. You’re setting an invalid ID. To clarify, spaces and special characters like & are not allowed in HTML IDs. Please use a hyphen in place of a space. Set the style to none and save the page. This will remove 21px of spacing.

The divider I was referring to in my original query is actually the decoration that sits between the headline and the image and not the built in divider that is in the widget.
This image placed in a separate row beneath the headline or on the same row as the headline has a wide space. I would like to reduce that space.

Can you please send me a link to the uploaded exported layout? To clarify, that’s a third party hosting service and I can’t access the uploaded file without a link to it.
The divider in the SiteOrigin Headline widget, which is causing the spacing issue, will need to be disabled if you wish to reduce the space between the headline widget and your custom divider. As mentioned, please open the SiteOrigin Headline widget and open the Divider settings. Set it to none to remove the spacing.
