My home page is not loading in Chrome on desktop. It loads on mobile and other browsers. The following error is occurring:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’, expecting :: (T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM) in /home3/ab48091/public_html/scottinjurylaw.com/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/siteorigin-panels.php on line 70

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_user_logged_in() in /home3/ab48091/public_html/scottinjurylaw.com/wp-content/mu-plugins/endurance-page-cache.php on line 370

I updated PHP to 7.0 and also uninstalled and reinstalled SiteOrgin Page Builder plugin.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Brad,

To confirm, are you using the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder (2.8.2)? I ask I’ve checked line 70 of siteorigin-panels.php and there are no issues associated with that line – in other words, the parse error doesn’t align with what it’s in the latest version.

Regardless, the page not loading is Endurance Cache:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_user_logged_in() in /home3/ab48091/public_html/scottinjurylaw.com/wp-content/mu-plugins/endurance-page-cache.php on line 370

A fatal error prevents the rest of the page loading. This plugin is added by your hosting provider so I would reach out to your hosting provider for assistance.
