Page Builder Editor not showing buttons

When trying to create a new page with Page Builder, the buttons do not show up, only the following code line. Anyone else having this issue? Any recommendations for fixing? I am on WP version 4.9.8.

    Hi

    Please, try a plugin conflict test. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder and the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle (if you have that installed). Does the issue persist?
