I had built a lot of my websites pages using page builder and today I noticed when trying to edit a page that after the update I can no longer get the page builder view when editing a page. It only allows me to use the visual editor or the text editor. The pages are still showing up fine on the site but I can no longer edit with the page builder.
How can I fix this?

We’ve received a few reports of this happening after the most recent update. Unfortunately, we’ve been unable to replicate this issue so far. At this stage, I suspect it’s as a result of a plugin conflict (which was introduced as a result of the update) or a very specific setting.
Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
If that doesn’t help, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

Hi Alex,
Thank you for the suggestion. I actually just cleared my cache before deactivating any of the plugins to see if that would help and it was up and working again.
