i lately installed the siteorigin page builder and i purchased a premium license and after installing them the page builder doesn’t work properly and i have issues at the page

This could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
If that doesn’t help, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

Dear Alex, Thanks for the reply but i notices that the page crashed if i add a widget that didnt belong to siteorigin
can you tell me please if i can use widgets from wordpress like WP Hotel Booking?
because everytime i added this widget through the page builder my site crashed.

There are very few widgets that don’t work with SiteOrigin page Builder. I’ve downloaded and installed WP Hotel Booking and I’m able to replicate the issues you’ve described however I’m also unable to use any of the widgets elsewhere (such as in a sidebar). As such, I don’t think the error we’re experiencing is directly related to SiteOrigin Page Builder and I suspect it’s a general issue – it could relate to the update that occurred 7 hours ago. I would recommend contacting the developers to see if this is something they can fix.
